Overall a nice product. I don't think the roof is removable for cleaning inside. There were no instructions and the roof doesn't seem to budge. I thought it needed another coat of paint. The 4 angled mounting brackets need to be measured, drilled and screwed in to support the bird house to the post.
update 1/28/2013- It looks like the cold weather has affected the pins securing the three posts together. The pins no longer hold the posts together securely. The column is wobbly at both pin locations.
